Great zinc! After three months of use, I noticed significant improvements. At 60 years old, I've had large transverse fossae on my nails since I was 30, but they've disappeared now and my nails have regained their structure. I've experienced pain in my small hand joints; however, after taking the chelating zinc, the bone pain has almost disappeared. I plan to continue using it with short breaks. My hair has grown extensively, reminiscent of when I was 15. This product is excellent.

The quantity of zinc pills is impressive, and they are small and easy to swallow. They are beneficial for individuals with anaemia or low blood levels, as they help raise blood and strengthen bones. I am thankful for the relief and improvements I’ve experienced; it's been a great support. I highly recommend it!
